In person classes

Our in person classes are at our Guilford location. They are 1 hour and 15 minutes in duration. Yoga mats and props are available. Virtual participation is available ( see schedule).

  • TUESDAY - Stay strong and mobile @10:00 am This class is designed to progressively build strength and endurance through mindful movement, with an emphasis on steady breathing and longer, supportive holds. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and find what feels good, moving at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Suitable for mature adults, active seniors, and beginners of all ages, this class offers a supportive environment to build confidence, stability, and ease 😊

  • WEDNESDAY - Gentle Yoga Flow @6:30 PM
    An all-levels, after-work reset designed to release stress and ease you out of the day. The class begins with a full-body warm-up followed by a gentle, flowing sequence focused on proper alignment, breath awareness, and a broad range of soothing movements. This calming practice helps unwind the body, quiet the mind, and prepare you for a restful night’s sleep. 😊

  • THURSDAY -Stretch & Strength @10:00 AM
    An accessible, all-levels class designed for every body. This balanced practice combines deep, nourishing stretches with strength and balance work, supported by the mindful use of props so everyone can participate with confidence and ease. The focus is on reducing tension, improving stability, and supporting overall mobility throughout the body. 😊ocused on deep stretching combined with strength and balance practice that reduces tension throughout the body.

  • SATURDAY - Wake Up Yoga @9:30 AM
    An all-levels class offering a full-body experience designed to gently awaken the body and mind. This practice emphasizes mindful breathing and incorporates elements of energy medicine yoga to relieve tightness, balance your energy, and promote ease of movement—leaving you refreshed, centered, and ready for the weekend.
